Data and Disaster Recovery

Data and Disaster Recovery

Has the worst that could possibly happen ….. happened?!  Has all of your hard work, stored pictures, vital emails and cherished data vanished or has been deleted?

1) Dont Panic!
2) Do not try and repair it yourself (99% of the time this makes it harder to recover, sometime impossible)
3) Turn off your computer and do not use it again until the data has been recovered (as you will write over the space where the data was with fresh data)

Data recovery does not have to cost a fortune, as long as the above steps have been followed, and your hard drive hasn’t suffered a catastrophic failure, then you will only pay £25 for the first gigabyte and then £5 for each gigabyte there after.  If we cant recover anything then you pay zero!

Should your drive have truly bitten the dust and have been whisked away to silicon heaven, there is still hope.   We can send the drive away to one of our partner companies for clean room data recovery, however do not expect to pay less than £100 for this, as it is a very complex process involving bespoke software and a clean room
